The Most Beautiful Woman In The World

Prelude

This prose is about the most beautiful woman in the world. For a man, the definition and perimeter of what constitutes beauty changes, as age progresses. Then there is the concept of Woman, which a man has to grapple with. When a baby is born, he knows only his mother, he makes no note of any of the characteristics of this loving human, in fact, to the baby, the fact that his mother is also a human like him is of no consequence.

As weeks precipitate to months, it occurs to the baby that the warm fuzzy piece of flesh he has been clinging on and suckling on for most of his short existence on earth is actually something called Mother. There is something also called Father. He recognizes that they do not look alike. Though they both seem to be able to do almost the same set of things to comfort him. Any given day, he would choose the Mama, for reasons he quite cannot explain yet.

Time passes, the baby becomes a toddler and slowly becomes aware that there is such a concept such as ‘gender’. he becomes aware of the idea that there is another gender, just like his, but not quite like his – although invariably they all look so adorable and almost all of them have a shrill voice such just a bit sweeter than he.

We are at kindergarten and now in earnest does the journey of this human being begin in earnest in finding – the most beautiful woman in the world!

Woman & Beauty – Different concepts correlated in mysterious ways

Beauty is not skin deep, Infatuation is. The most beautiful things in life are also the ones which are the simplest pleasures in life. Neither is beauty a relative concept. Sure, what is perceived as more beautiful may be considered less beautiful in some other context – however, one cannot show any instance where natural beauty can be truly considered ugly in another context as long as there is a human judging it.

Consider for example the Alps mountain range. To a European, they are beautiful, the same would be said by an Indian who lives on the foothills of the Himalayas. However, when comparing between the two, both will invariably agree that the Himalayas, are more beautiful than the Alpine ranges, in more aspects than one. It is hard to imagine the European calling the Alps ugly once he sees the countenance of the great Himalayas. Such is the gold standard of beauty and natural beauty at that.

Women are naturally beautiful, by this I mean the superficial beauty nature has endowed them with. Yet as time passes, it is not so much the naturally endowed beauty which seem to matter but the internal beauty which the human has inculcated and nurtured within, which seem to play a greater role in making the human attain the ‘beautiful’ tag.

Then the matter transpires to this – the most beautiful woman in the world, is not only a naturally beautiful person with a beautiful inner life, but also a human with whom with which we can connect at the most human of levels and still feel like her beauty has not in the least diminished due to her closeness to us.

Makings of a Beautiful Woman

A beautiful woman does not make, if the whole world calls her beautiful and she, gives a world of pity, for her own self thinking herself an ugly woman. A beautiful woman, in fact any beautiful person, can only become truly beautiful once they recognize that they themselves are beautiful by their own standards of comprehending the world and its workings. If a woman is not satisfied by the natural attractiveness which mother nature has endowed upon her on birth, their is little chance that she will develop a beautiful inner life or grow into a wholesome person at all.

Conversely even if a woman is less attractive, and yet she considers herself beautiful enough to be loved and deserving of love, and having received parental love in her childhood blooms into a most beautiful human, regardless of what the world thinks of her through its sometimes superficial social standards, she is – a beautiful woman.

Beauty that inspires

That beauty has been muse of many a renaissance artists is a much discussed and analyzed topic. The most beautiful works of art which the world has produced till date are from this period and the majority of them deal with beautiful women. I will undoubtedly agree with the painters of the renaissance times that these beautiful women are always inspiring great things. Great paintings like Monalisa and great wars like that of Troy!

Of course a lot depends on the circumstances and the kind of culture that beautiful woman is surrounded by. Mostly, it has been observed that beautiful women have more often than not had a calming effect on men, inspired them to great constructive things and give beauty a pedestal in this world which is next only to God. It can be said without much ado that men, all men, worship beauty to some degree. given a choice between beautiful and ugly – humans tend to choose the beautiful more often than they choose ugly, by a huge margin.

The Most Beautiful Woman In The World

Now it is incumbent upon me to reveal what I mean when I say ‘the most beautiful woman in the world’. Of course, it is near impossible to objectively identify someone as the most beautiful woman, as every other person will tend to disagree even if the set of choices is limited to royals and beautiful looking artists. and by all means, this is, as I have mentioned before, only half a standard. To borrow a line from the iconoclast writer Sharat Chandra, you will only be able to understand beauty when you understand that beauty is but the shadow of a human being, not the human being themselves. So when I mean the most beautiful woman, I do not mean the most attractive woman we are acquainted with or we are aware of, but it most certainly means the most benevolent woman in our world, who holds herself as beautiful as beautiful can be and exudes a character befitting the most beautiful woman in the world.

I rest my cause.
